C.R. Laurence SCS2020 Precast White GE SilPruf Silicone Sealant is a premium, one-part neutral cure sealant engineered for a wide range of weatherproofing applications. With ±50% dynamic joint movement capability, this sealant adapts seamlessly to the natural expansion and contraction of building materials, ensuring a reliable seal in various conditions. Designed to bond without a primer to most substrates, including metals, masonry, concrete, plastics, and wood, SilPruf® provides exceptional adhesion and durability. Upon application, it reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a low-modulus, long-lasting silicone rubber seal, suitable for both butt and lap shear joints in glazing and weatherproofing scenarios. This product meets or exceeds critical industry standards, such as Federal Specifications TT-S-001543A and ASTM C 920, ensuring its reliability in demanding environments. Available in 10.1 oz. cartridges, with a shelf life of 12 months, it is packaged in cases of 24 for convenient use in large projects. GE® SilPruf® Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral cure sealant for use in most common weatherproofing applications on a wide variety of materials.


Basic Uses
After application, the sealant reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce a low-modulus, long-lasting, formed-in-place silicone rubber building joint and glazing sealant. It seals assemblies of metals, masonry, concrete, coated surfaces, plastics, wood, and other common building materials. SilPruf® is specially designed for use in butt joints or lap shear joints in weatherproofing and glazing applications subject to movement.

It meets or exceeds Federal Specifications TT-S-001543A (COMNBS) Class A, for silicone building sealants; ASTM C 1184-95 and ASTM C-920 for elastomeric joint sealants, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, G, A and O.
