Available in three heights-1", 1-3/8", and 2-1/2" (25, 35, and 64 mm)-and featuring brushed or polished stainless steel finishes, these rails can be tailored to suit various design preferences. The SP35PS12SR model is prepped to accommodate any of the Slender Profile Rail Pivot Inserts, allowing for seamless integration with overhead or floor-mounted door closers and pivots. Installation is straightforward, as these rails come with included end caps and are designed for field adjustments, ensuring a perfect fit even in challenging environments. The included 7150 Series Cam Lock enhances security, making it suitable for display case applications. With a maximum width of 42" (1.07 m), these custom rails are available in specified sizes and finishes, ensuring your project meets exacting standards. CRL Slender Profile Door Rails measure only 1" (25 mm) wide and are available in three heights: 1", 1-3/8", and 2-1/2" (25, 35, and 64 mm). They are all prepped to receive any of the three Slender Profile Rail Pivot Inserts, ordered separately, that allow you to use overhead door closers, floor mounted door closers, or pivots. All Slender Profile Rails can be fitted with our 7150 Series Cam Lock for use in display case applications. Other locking options may be available on special order.


All Slender Profile Rails are designed for field installation and are easily adjusted to compensate for unexpected installation issues. Rails feature aluminum construction, clad in alloy 304 stainless steel for a durable, lasting finish.

ORDERING INFORMATION:
• Compatible Pivots: CRL9040WBP Top Pivot 1NT402 Bottom Pivot.
• End Caps are included with all Slender Profile Door Rails.
• Door Rail length (including End Caps) must be specified when ordering Custom Length Rails.
• When 7150 Series Cam Lock is required, handing of the door must be specified.
• Slender Profile Rails are prepped to receive any of the Slender Profile Door Rail Pivot Inserts.
• Installation Instructions and Adjustment Wrenches are included.
