This innovative spacer allows for the simultaneous production of both regular and specially shaped glass units, streamlining the manufacturing process. With no need for desiccant beads or corner keys, it saves valuable production time while ensuring reliable results. Constructed from superior insulating silicone foam, the Super Spacer effectively eliminates perimeter edge condensation, significantly reducing overall window heat loss. Its unique design accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement, offering flexibility that enhances durability. The multi-layer vapor barrier is continuous at corners, effectively minimizing moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss, making it perfect for specialized applications such as curved, sound-insulating, and triple-glazed units. Each roll measures 66 feet in length and is available in gray or black to suit various design needs. For optimal performance, the Super Spacer must be used with an edge sealant, such as CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant.
