C.R. Laurence SUP10CH Polished Chrome Frameless Shower Door Fixed Panel Wall-to-Glass Support Bar is an essential component for stabilizing fixed glass panels in frameless shower enclosures. Designed for use with monolithic tempered glass, this support bar offers a sleek and modern aesthetic while ensuring safety and stability without the need for header kits. Constructed from durable 3/4" (19 mm) diameter tubular brass, the support bar includes solid brass fittings that provide robust security for glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm). The wall-to-glass model features a bell-shaped clamping device on the wall side and a swiveling U-shaped receptacle to effectively secure the fixed glass panel. Notably, no hole drilling is required in the glass, simplifying installation and enhancing the integrity of your enclosure. Available in a convenient 39" (991 mm) length, the SUP10CH can be easily cut to accommodate specific configurations, making it a versatile solution for various installations. These CRL Fixed Panel Support Bars stabilize fixed panels of glass in enclosures that do not go all the way up to the ceiling. The Wall-to-Glass Bar has a bell-shaped clamping device on the wall side, and a solid brass end cap with a swiveling U-shaped receptacle to secure the fixed glass panel. The Glass-to-Glass Bar has solid brass end caps with swiveling U-shaped receptacles on both ends to secure each fixed panel. Nylon-tipped set screws secure the glass and prevent glass-to-metal contact. Bars are available in two lengths, and in sizes to secure 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) thick glass. Finishes are available to match most of our hinges, knobs, and pull handles. No holes or cut-outs are required in the glass.
