Laurence Z206BR Polished Brass Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Clamp is expertly crafted to accommodate glass thicknesses of 1/4" to 5/16" (6 to 8 mm), making it an ideal choice for a variety of applications, including partitions and railings. This versatile clamp is designed for use with 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing, ensuring a secure and reliable installation. Constructed from durable zinc or stainless steel, the clamp combines aesthetic appeal with strength, particularly in exterior applications where enhanced durability is needed. Installation is straightforward: simply drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and utilize CRL's ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut for secure attachment. A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required for additional glass support when using the included steel pin, ensuring stability. Each clamp comes equipped with rubber gaskets and a steel pin for optional use, addressing potential panel slippage. Replacement gaskets can be ordered separately (CRL Cat. No. Z14RG). With its polished brass finish, the Z206BR brings a touch of elegance to any project, though it's important to note that brass may oxidize over time. Polished Brass Z-Series Round Type 2" Radius Base Clamp for 1/4" and 5/16" Glass

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
