The flat base design ensures a secure attachment to square tubing or other flat surfaces, providing stability and support for your glass installations. Included with each clamp are rubber gaskets and a steel pin for optional use, enhancing security by preventing glass panel slippage. For enhanced support when using the steel pin, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required for 1/4" and 5/16" glass, ensuring a robust installation. With a height and width of 2-1/8" (54 mm) and a depth of 15/16" (24 mm), the Z406W clamp is both compact and efficient. It is easy to install with the recommended CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut for secure fastening. Additionally, replacement gaskets can be ordered separately with Cat.
