C.R. Laurence Z410GP Gold Plated Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Zinc Clamp for 3/8" Glass offers a sophisticated solution for securing glass in various applications, including mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Designed specifically for 3/8" (10 mm) glass, this clamp ensures both stability and elegance with its gold-plated finish. Constructed from durable zinc, the Z410GP is compatible with monolithic tempered glass and is easy to install on square tubing or flat surfaces. Each clamp includes rubber gaskets and a steel pin for optional additional support, enhancing the clamp's functionality. For optimal installation, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the steel pin, while a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole suffices for securing the clamp to thin wall tubing. This product also accommodates custom painted finishes upon request, allowing for seamless integration into various design aesthetics. Replacement gaskets can be ordered separately under CRL Cat. No. Z38RG, ensuring long-lasting performance. With a flat base design, the Z410GP measures 2-1/8 inches in height and width, making it a versatile choice for both interior and exterior applications. Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are designed to be used on glass thickness of 3/8" (10 mm), and are available in either zinc or stainless steel. The clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

Product Warning:

For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
