C.R. Laurence Z510BS Brushed Stainless Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Stainless Steel Clamp is expertly engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) glass applications. Crafted from durable stainless steel, this clamp is ideal for a range of installations, including mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks. Its flat base design allows for secure mounting on square tubing or other flat surfaces, ensuring stability and support. Included with each clamp are rubber gaskets and an optional steel pin for additional glass support, enhancing safety and functionality. For optimal installation, a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole is required, or a 1/2" (12 mm) hole if utilizing the steel pin. The clamp's brushed stainless steel finish not only provides aesthetic appeal but also contributes to its durability, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Replacement gaskets can be conveniently ordered using CRL Cat. No. Z38RG, while replacement screws are available through CRL P612. Custom painted finishes can be requested to match specific design needs. This CRL Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Glass Clamp is designed to be used on glass thickness of 3/8" (10 mm) Glass. Constructed from either zinc or stainless steel, the clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:
For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) Thick Glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
For 1/2" (12 mm) Thick Glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
Includes: Rubber Gaskets and Steel Pin (for optional use) with Grommet
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS for Replacement Screws


Product Warning:

For interior and exterior applications CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
