C.R. Laurence Z810CH Chrome Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Zinc Clamp for 3/8" Glass offers a reliable and stylish solution for securing monolithic tempered glass in various applications. Designed specifically for 3/8" (10 mm) glass, this clamp features a flat base that allows for easy installation on square tubing or other flat surfaces. Constructed from durable zinc with a sleek chrome finish, it ensures both longevity and aesthetic appeal. Ideal for use in mezzanines, partitions, railings, and windbreaks, the Z810CH clamp includes a steel pin for additional glass support, enhancing structural integrity. When installing, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required for the steel pin, while a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole is suitable for securing the clamp to thin wall tubing using CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Rubber gaskets are included for a snug fit, with replacement gaskets available by ordering Cat. No. Z38SG. Custom painted finishes can also be requested to match specific design preferences. This versatile clamp is an essential component for any project requiring safe and stylish glass installation.

This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp is designed to be used on glass thickness of 3/8" (10 mm). The flat base allows for installation onto Square Tubing or other flat surfaces. Material is constructed of Zinc Casting with a Powder Painted finish. The Clamps include an optional Steel Pin for additional weight support. These Clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

    Includes: Rubber Gaskets (CRL Cat. No. Z38SG) and Steel Pin (for optional use) with Grommet.
    Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X5CH for Replacement Screws


    Product Warning:

    For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
