Detex F60-LD-695-48X96 Advantex Fire Rated Narrow Stile Concealed Vertical Rod for Aluminum Door

Detex Corporation F60-LD-695-48X96 Advantex Fire Rated Narrow Stile Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for high-traffic environments where security and safety are paramount. This exit-only device is engineered specifically for aluminum doors, accommodating heights from 80 to 96 inches and widths up to 48 inches. Its robust construction ensures lasting performance in challenging conditions, making it ideal for commercial applications. One of the standout features of the F60-LD is its minimal door preparation, which not only saves time during installation but also reduces costs. The patented mounting plate system allows for accurate and straightforward setup. The heavy-duty angled end cap deflects damage away from the device, ensuring longevity. Additionally, the 6-position multi-step action in the top latch enhances security by keeping latch bolts retracted until the door is closed. This model is field reversible, allowing for easy handing adjustments. It offers a durable steel bottom drop bolt for added security and is designed to fit standard door thicknesses of 1-3/4" to 2-1/4". With a fire rating of 3 hours, the F60-LD meets stringent safety standards, making it a reliable choice for any facility focused on emergency egress and safety compliance.
