Kaba Access Dormakaba E3766BNL-626-41 Eplex 3000 Mortise Lock offers a robust access control solution tailored for both commercial and residential applications. This heavy-duty lockset features solid cast housing and lever or thumbturn, ensuring durability in high-traffic areas, whether indoors or outdoors. Designed to accommodate up to 3,000 users with 30,000 audit events, it retrofits seamlessly with various Adams Rite mortise locking devices. The E-Plex 3000 is non-handed, allowing for easy field adjustments and installation on narrow stile doors with just four mounting screws. It requires a minimum door thickness of 1¾" (44 mm) and a recommended stile of 2" (51 mm). With a backset of 31/32" (25 mm), it also includes a key override feature with a Mortise Cylinder in Schlage "C" keyway and optional interchangeable cores. Built to meet BHMA Grade 1 durability standards, the lock functions reliably in extreme temperatures, from -31°F (-35°C) to 151°F (66°C). The E-Plex 3000 is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for accessibility.
