Hafele 372.27.700 Swing-Up Fitting, Hafele Free Space 1.11 offers an exceptionally powerful and versatile solution for flap applications, effectively accommodating up to 80% of standard needs. Designed with a modern aesthetic, this fitting maximizes interior cabinet space, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial cabinetry. The door opening can be adjusted to either 90° or 107°, ensuring seamless access to your stored items. Installation is straightforward, as it plugs into standard 32/37 mm line holes and secures with a single pre-mounted screw. No additional hinges or cover caps are needed, simplifying the assembly process. This fitting is compatible with wood or aluminum frame doors and supports lid weights of up to 4.3 kg. The Hafele Free Space 1.11 is engineered for cabinet heights ranging from 225 mm to 650 mm and widths up to 1,800 mm. It features an intuitive 3D door alignment and closing adjustment system for optimal functionality. The housing is finished in white, complemented by a nickel-plated support lever, ensuring durability and a sleek look. Included in the package are two fittings, mounting brackets, screws, and detailed installation instructions, making it a comprehensive solution for your cabinetry needs.

Important Selecting the correct model depends on door height and then door weight which should also consider the weight of the handle. We recommend ordering the stronger fitting if in doubt. The lever arms are spring loaded. There is a risk of injury and damage to the fitting! After mounting the arms, do not press them down in the open position until the counterweight of the door is mounted. A Pozi Drive #2 bit is required for all screw installations and adjustment features, otherwise damage to the screw head is likely. Be certain that Euro screws which attach the fittings to the side panels are completely tight, drawing the fitting tight against the side wall. For tension adjustment feature, we recommend using a cordless driver as these screws are geared very low. Be sure to adjust both sides to the same tensioning position.
