LCN 1460-3077/PA 695 Regular Arm DKBRZ is a versatile door closer designed for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a robust cast iron body and a full complement bearing, ensuring durability and longevity. With a 1-1/4 inch diameter piston and a 3/4 inch diameter heat-treated pinion journal, it is engineered to perform reliably in high-traffic environments. The LCN 1460 series comes with a regular arm and a slim line plastic cover, making installation both quick and accurate. This non-handed closer is adjustable for spring sizes 1 to 6, accommodating interior doors up to 5 feet and exterior doors up to 4 feet. Its universal design allows for hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm mounting on either right or left swinging doors. Additional features include independent adjustment valves for backcheck, closing, and latching speeds, all concealed to prevent tampering. The Cush-N-Stop® function protects the door, frame, and closer from abrupt stops. With multiple cover options and finishes available, the LCN 1460-3077/PA is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, meeting ADA requirements while ensuring minimal maintenance over time.

The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Standard 1460 series closer shipped with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws
• Multiple cover options include; Standard (Slim line), Full and Designer Series
• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions
