LCN 1460-79 652 Rod and Shoe US26D offers a robust solution for both commercial and institutional applications. Designed for durability, the closer boasts a cast iron body and a full complement bearing, with a 1-1/4 inch diameter piston and a 3/4 inch diameter single heat-treated pinion journal. This universal medium-duty door closer is adjustable from size 1 to 6, making it suitable for interior doors up to 5 feet and exterior doors up to 4 feet. Installation is straightforward, thanks to multiple mounting options: regular arm, top jamb, and parallel arm, which can accommodate either right or left swinging doors. The independent adjustment valves allow for fine-tuning of backcheck, closing, and latching speeds, all concealed to prevent tampering. Additionally, the Cush-N-Stop® function protects the closer and door from damage during abrupt stops. With a testing benchmark of 2,000,000 cycles, this closer minimizes maintenance needs while meeting ADA requirements. The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Multiple cover options include; Standard (Slim line), Full and Designer Series
• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
