LCN 1461-LONG 693 Surface Closer GLBLK is a Grade 1 top jamb surface closer designed for superior performance and versatility. Ideal for both commercial and institutional applications, this closer features a durable cast iron body and a slim plastic cover, ensuring a sleek aesthetic without compromising strength. The double lever arm long configuration accommodates a 180-degree swing, making it suitable for a variety of door types. Engineered for ease of installation, the LCN 1461 is universal and non-handed, allowing for quick modification to fit any right or left swinging door. The adjustable spring strength ranges from size 1 to 6, catering to doors up to 5’0" for interior applications and 4’0" for exteriors. This closer is equipped with independent adjustment valves for backcheck, closing, and latching speeds, all concealed to prevent tampering. The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions
