LCN 1461-RW/PA 689 DEL Surface Closer AL is a Grade 1 tri-mount surface closer that combines functionality and versatility for both commercial and institutional applications. Designed with a double lever arm and a slim plastic cover, this closer accommodates 180-degree swings and is equipped with a parallel arm bracket and delayed action feature. Constructed with a robust cast iron body and a full complement bearing, the LCN 1461 is built for durability, featuring a 1-1/4 inch diameter piston and a 3/4 inch heat-treated pinion journal. Its adjustable spring size ranges from 1 to 6, allowing for precise control over door closure speed and strength, ideal for various door sizes up to 5 feet for interior and 4 feet for exterior applications. This universal, non-handed closer offers quick and accurate installation with three mounting options: regular, top jamb, and parallel arm, catering to a variety of door configurations. With independent adjustment valves concealed behind the cover to prevent tampering, users can easily manage backcheck and closing speeds. The Cush-N-Stop® function further protects the closer, door, and frame from abrupt stops. With a limited 30-year warranty, the LCN 1461 ensures long-lasting performance and reliability.

The LCN 1460 Series is designed for maximum versatility, available with multiple cover options, it can be used for both commercial and institutional applications. This Grade 1 closer features a cast iron body with a full compliment bearing, 1-1/4 In. diameter piston, 3/4 In. diameter single heat treated pinion journal and all weather fluid. Spring size is adjustable from size 1 to 6.

• Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”
• Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors
• Closer meets ADA requirements
• Standard or optional custom powder coat finish. Optional plated finish on Designer Series metal cover, arm and fasteners
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions
