NGP 220SDKB 48" DKB-finish Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom with Silicone Seal offers robust performance and versatility for any commercial restroom setting. This door bottom is BHMA Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, ensuring it meets rigorous standards for durability and functionality, including 1,000,000 cycle tests and performance tests for heat and cold. Constructed from Aluminum Alloy 6063 with a T5 temper, this product features a synthetic rubber polymer-Siloxane closed cell sponge-providing excellent flexibility and memory. The silicone seal is flame-resistant, moisture-resistant, and boasts a temperature range of -100°F to 500°F, remaining flexible even in extreme conditions. Recommended for use with FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems, the NGP 220SDKB is designed to mount on the push side of doors and is ideal when paired with a threshold for maximum sealing capability. For carpet applications lacking a threshold, a nylon brush is recommended. With a maximum drop of 7/8" and an overall length of 48", this door bottom is supplied as right-handed unless specified otherwise. The product is also equipped with end caps and is available in a striking black dark bronze finish, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
