NGP 222SDKB 36" DKB-finish Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom with Silicone Seal is designed to provide exceptional sealing performance while ensuring durability and flexibility. Constructed from high-quality Aluminum Alloy 6063 with T5 temper, this door bottom is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It boasts a silicone seal made from a synthetic rubber polymer, specifically Siloxane closed cell sponge, which offers excellent memory and flexibility, even in extreme temperatures ranging from -100°F to 500°F. This product is BHMA Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, having successfully passed rigorous performance tests for heat, cold, and air infiltration. It is flame-resistant and moisture-resistant, making it ideal for areas utilizing FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems. The NGP 222SDKB is designed to mount on the push side of the door and features a maximum drop of 7/8". For maximum sealing capability, it is recommended to use this product with a threshold; alternatively, a nylon brush can be utilized for carpet applications where no threshold is present. Available lengths range from 11" to 60", and for lengths of 36" and longer, it can be cut down in the field up to 4". The standard end caps ensure a clean, professional finish.
