NGP 225SA 48" Anodized Aluminum Mortise Automatic Door Bottom with Silicone Seal is a high-performance solution designed to enhance the functionality of commercial restroom doors. BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, this automatic door bottom boasts a remarkable 1,000,000-cycle test rating, ensuring durability and reliability in high-traffic areas. Crafted from Aluminum Alloy 6063 with T6 temper, it combines strength with lightweight properties. This door bottom features a black silicone seal that remains flexible in extreme temperatures ranging from -81°F to 300°F, offering excellent resistance to ozone, UV, and aging. Ideal for environments utilizing FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems, it also provides moisture resistance, making it suitable for various applications. For optimal sealing, it is recommended to use this product with a threshold, and for carpet applications, a nylon brush is suggested in place of a threshold. The NGP 225SA can be custom cut to fit door specifications, ensuring a precise fit within a minimum length of 11-1/2" and a maximum of 60". With black plastic end caps furnished as standard, this door bottom not only enhances performance but also complements the aesthetics of any restroom environment.
