NGP 229WHSS 48" Stainless Steel Automatic Door Bottom Brush Seal is engineered for durability and performance in commercial applications. This product is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, ensuring it meets rigorous standards through a 1,000,000 cycle test, making it Grade 1 compliant. Constructed from stainless steel type 304 and featuring a synthetic polyamide brush, it offers excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and memory. With a temperature range of -70°F to 425°F, this door bottom seal is moisture resistant and retains insecticides effectively, making it a reliable choice for various environments. It is designed to be mounted on the push side of the door and is most effective when paired with a threshold for maximum sealing capability. For carpet applications without a threshold, a nylon brush is recommended. The NGP 229WHSS comes standard with end caps and is available in lengths from 11" to 60", with the option to cut lengths of 36" and longer by up to 4" in the field. Please specify the handing, as the door bottom is handed by default, with right-hand units supplied unless otherwise noted. Its brushed #4 finish (US32D, 630) complements any modern restroom design while ensuring functionality and ease of maintenance.
