NGP 220SDKB 36" DKB-finish Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom with Silicone Seal offers unparalleled performance and durability for commercial restroom applications. This automatic door bottom is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, ensuring it meets rigorous standards with a remarkable capacity for 1,000,000 cycles. Constructed from high-quality Aluminum Alloy 6063 with a T5 temper, it is designed to withstand the test of time. The silicone seal features a black dark bronze finish, providing an elegant look while delivering exceptional moisture resistance, flexibility, and memory. Its synthetic rubber polymer, made from siloxane closed cell sponge, remains flexible across a broad temperature range of -100°F to 500°F, making it suitable for various environments, including those with FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems. With a maximum drop of 7/8", it is designed to mount on the push side of the door and works best when paired with a threshold for optimal sealing. For carpeted areas without a threshold, a nylon brush is recommended. Available in lengths of 36" and longer, the NGP 220SDKB can be cut in the field up to 4", while lengths under 36" should be specified to avoid field sizing. Handing is right-hand unless otherwise indicated, ensuring a precise fit for your installation.
