NGP 680DKB 48" DKB-finish Aluminum Heavy Duty Surface, Automatic Door Bottom with Nylon Brush Seal is designed to provide superior performance in commercial restroom environments. Crafted from durable aluminum alloy 6063 with a T5 temper, this door bottom ensures long-lasting functionality and strength. The synthetic polymer nylon brush seal offers excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and memory, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. This product is moisture-resistant and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -70°F to 425°F, providing reliable sealing under varying conditions. For optimal sealing capability, it should be mounted on the push side of the door and used in conjunction with a threshold. The nylon brush is particularly effective for carpet applications where no threshold is present. With a maximum drop of 7/8" and available in lengths from 11" to 60", the NGP 680DKB can be customized to fit specific installation needs. The dark bronze finish adds a touch of elegance while ensuring compliance with REACH and RoHS standards. This automatic door bottom is UL certified for fire door applications, providing peace of mind in safety and performance.
