NGP 229NSS 48" Stainless Steel Automatic Door Bottom Neoprene Seal offers a robust solution for maximizing your door's sealing capabilities. Crafted from durable Stainless Steel Type 304, this door bottom is designed to withstand harsh conditions while maintaining its integrity. The innovative synthetic EPDM rubber, encased in a polypropylene thermoplastic matrix, provides excellent abrasion resistance and memory, ensuring long-lasting performance. This product is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, passing rigorous performance tests including heat and cold resistance, making it ideal for various environments. With a temperature range of -81°F to 275°F, it remains functional in extreme conditions. The flame-resistant and moisture-resistant properties enhance safety and durability. Designed to mount on the push side of the door, the NGP 229NSS is best used with a threshold for optimal sealing. For carpet applications without a threshold, a nylon brush is recommended. The door bottom is handed, with right-hand units supplied by default unless specified otherwise. Available in lengths ranging from 11" to 60", the NGP 229NSS features a sleek brushed #4 finish (US32D, 630) and comes with standard end caps. Ensure precise measurements to avoid the need for field sizing, particularly for lengths under 36".
