NGP 320SA 36" Clear Anodized Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom for Hollow Metal Doors is a high-performance solution designed for durability and efficiency. Crafted from Aluminum Alloy 6063 with T5 temper, this automatic door bottom offers excellent flexibility and memory, ensuring a reliable seal. It is BHMA Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, having passed rigorous performance tests, including a 1,000,000 cycle test and tests for heat and cold resistance. With a maximum drop of 5/8", it fits neatly into a 1-5/8" x 3/4" channel, and a "furring strip" can be used for deeper channels. The door bottom is flame-resistant, moisture-resistant, and maintains flexibility in extreme temperatures ranging from -81°F to 300°F. It also boasts excellent resistance to ozone, UV, and aging, making it ideal for various environments, especially those utilizing FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems. Designed to be furnished 1/2" shorter than ordered for a perfect fit, this model is available in lengths from 12" to 60". It comes with #6 x 1/2" Tek screws for easy installation.
