Von Duprin RX-9849L-NL-626-36-LHR-17-ALK-LBL KIT - ALK Alarmed Exit Device with Nightlatch Lever Trim, Satin Chrome

Von Duprin RX-9849L-NL-626-36-LHR-17-ALK-LBL KIT is a robust alarmed exit device designed to enhance security while maintaining ease of use. This model features a heavy-duty smooth concealed vertical cable exit device, ideal for high-traffic areas where safety is paramount. The kit includes an RX request to exit switch, providing a seamless exit solution without compromising security. Constructed with a satin chrome finish (626/US26D), this exit device not only offers durability but also adds a sleek aesthetic to any doorway. It requires a 1-1/4 inch mortise cylinder for optimal functionality, and the nightlatch lever trim (996L-NL-17) operates with a key that retracts the latchbolt, ensuring quick access when necessary. Designed for left-hand reverse/reversible handing, this exit device accommodates various installation scenarios, though a snap ring tool is required for setup. The RX-9849L model is particularly noteworthy for its alarm feature, providing an additional layer of security by alerting to unauthorized exits. With a length of 36 inches and a less bottom latch/cable configuration, it offers a clean installation without the need for dogging. Ideal for commercial and institutional applications, the Von Duprin RX-9849L-NL-626-36-LHR-17-ALK-LBL KIT is an excellent choice for those looking to prioritize safety and reliability.
