Von Duprin RX-9849L-F-626-36-RHR-06-ALK-LBL KIT is a robust fire-rated exit device designed for security and reliability in high-traffic areas. This model from the 9849 Series features a smooth Concealed Vertical Cable (CVC) mechanism that ensures both functionality and aesthetics. The device incorporates an alarm function that enhances safety by alerting personnel during unauthorized exits, making it an ideal choice for commercial settings. This exit device requires a 1-1/4 inch mortise cylinder, providing flexibility for compatibility with existing locking systems. The RX (Request to Exit) switch offers convenience, allowing easy exit while maintaining security. The 996L-06 lever trim complements the device with a modern design while also requiring the same mortise cylinder. The right-hand reverse/reversible handing accommodates various installation needs, though a snap ring tool is necessary for adjustments. With a finish in satin chrome (626/US26D), this device not only meets Grade 1 standards for performance but also adds a sleek, professional look to any entryway. The 36-inch length ensures coverage for standard door sizes without the need for dogging, making it a practical choice for both safety and style.
