Richelieu 452100 Aluminum Sleeve is an economical solution designed specifically for general-purpose cable swaging applications. Crafted from durable aluminum, this sleeve offers long service life and excellent weather resistance, making it an ideal choice for various projects. This product is optimized for use with wire rope of the same diameter, which is sold separately, ensuring a perfect fit for your specific needs. To achieve proper swaging, it is crucial to utilize a proper swaging tool rather than a hammer, ensuring secure and reliable connections. If you are using plastic-coated cable, be sure to remove the coating from the assembly area prior to swaging to maintain optimal performance. While the Richelieu Aluminum Sleeve provides versatile options for your cable needs, it is important to note that it should not be used for hanging loads, lifting, or supporting the weight of persons or objects. Additionally, it is not suitable for use on athletic or playground equipment, ensuring safety while maximizing functionality. Available for convenient shipping via UPS, the Richelieu 452100 Aluminum Sleeve is packaged as four units per tent card, ready to assist you in your next project with ease and reliability.
