Richelieu M54515226 Wiping Wood Stains offer a semi-transparent, pigmented solution designed for professionals who demand efficiency and quality in their finishing work. This solvent-based stain features a non-grain raising formula that ensures a smooth application while providing fade resistance. With an easy-to-stir, soft-settling consistency, the stain can be applied using a spray, brush, or cloth, making it versatile for various projects. One of the standout attributes of this product is its quick drying time-only 30 minutes are needed before a lacquer sealer coat can be applied, allowing for a more streamlined workflow. The wiping stains are especially advantageous for achieving uniformity when applied over dye stains before sealing, as they eliminate concerns about lapping and will not bleed through finishes. For those looking to extend the open work time, adding a Wood Stain Retarder can be beneficial. This versatile stain can be topped with virtually any finish, including lacquer, shellac, varnish, polyurethane, and acrylics. Packaged in a convenient 32 oz format, Richelieu M54515226 Wiping Wood Stains are a reliable choice for achieving professional-grade results in your woodworking projects.
