Sargent 1431-P10 TB BSP Grade 1 Surface Mount Closer offers exceptional performance for both interior and exterior doors. With the flexibility to accommodate a variety of applications, the 1431 Series is equipped with front-facing valves that simplify installation and maintenance. Engineered to meet the demanding standards of architects and building owners, the Sargent 1431 exceeds 15 million cycles and is certified ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1. It is UL 10C listed for positive pressure fire tests and is suitable for use on fire-rated doors. The adjustable spring power allows for a size range of 1 through 6, with factory adjustment to size 3, ensuring optimal performance and versatility. Notably, this closer is ADA compliant in most applications, ensuring ease of access for all users. The high-impact, non-corrosive plastic cover is standard, with optional metal covers available.
