Sargent 351-OZ TB ED Grade 1 Surface Mount Closer offers durability and performance for high-traffic environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings. Engineered with heavy-duty construction, this closer features a standard arm designed for deep reveals and includes thru bolts for secure installation. The sprayed black enamel finish provides an attractive yet resilient exterior. Part of the 351 Powerglide Series, this door closer meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 standards and is UL and cUL Listed, making it suitable for use on fire doors with a fire rating of up to 3 hours. Its adjustable spring power allows for a size range from 1 to 6, with factory adjustment set to size 3. Versatile mounting options-including standard, top jamb, and parallel installations-ensure that the Sargent 351 can adapt to various door configurations. With a limited warranty of 25 years, this non-handed closer is designed for ease of installation and maintenance. The high-impact non-corrosive plastic cover, secured with machine screws, enhances its longevity.
