Accentra 8800 Mortise Lock Set combines security and convenience in a sleek design, making it an ideal choice for both commercial and residential applications. This lock set features a latchbolt that can be retracted by a knob or lever from either side, ensuring easy access. The deadbolt is operated by a key on the outside and a thumbturn on the inside, providing an added layer of security. When the deadbolt is projected, the outside knob or lever is automatically locked, enhancing your peace of mind. The innovative anti-panic operation allows for quick exit; simply operating the inside knob or lever retracts both the latchbolt and deadbolt, unlocking the outside knob or lever simultaneously. Crafted for durability, the Accentra 8800 Mortise Lock Set is finished in elegant satin chrome (US26D) and is graded as Grade 1, ensuring high security and longevity. It is designed to fit doors with a thickness of 1-3/4" and includes a square corner latch bolt face with a 3/4" throw. Field reversible handing provides versatility for any installation. The mortise prep design and compatibility with SFIC cylinders make this lock set a smart choice for those seeking both style and robust security.
