Acorn CK20V 4" 20d Cut Spikes - Standard - 5 lb

Acorn CK20V Cut Spikes-4" 20d-Standard-5 Pound offer an exceptional solution for heavy construction tasks, particularly in deck and bridge work. These cut spikes are meticulously crafted using original 19th-century nail machines, ensuring a combination of quality and historical craftsmanship. Each spike is formed by heating a steel plate to a reddish hue and feeding it by hand into the machine, allowing for a production rate of 40 spikes per minute. Designed for durability, these nails provide remarkable holding power. Their unique shape causes wood fibers to push downward, effectively wedging against the spikes and making them difficult to pull out. This feature enhances their reliability, making them a preferred choice for various construction projects. Available in a standard finish or hot-dip galvanized for added corrosion resistance, Acorn CK20V Cut Spikes are packaged in 5-pound bags, with approximately 16 nails per pound. With a length of 4 inches and a 20d rating, these cut spikes are perfectly suited for substantial applications. Whether you are a building professional or a knowledgeable homeowner, these nails will meet your construction needs with strength and precision. Choose Acorn for quality that stands the test of time in every project.
