Acorn CK50 Cut Spikes-5-1/2" 50d are engineered for heavy construction applications, making them an essential choice for deck and bridge work. These cut spikes are crafted using traditional methods on a vintage nail machine from 1865, ensuring quality and authenticity with every spike. The steel is heated to a reddish hue and cut at an impressive rate of 40 spikes per minute, providing reliability and durability for your projects. With a length of 5-1/2 inches and a weight of 1 pound per package, these 50d spikes are designed to drive smoothly through planking and heavy timber. Available in both a standard finish and hot-dip galvanized options, they are resistant to corrosion and can withstand demanding conditions. The unique shape of cut nails enhances their holding power by wedging into wood fibers, making them difficult to pull out and ideal for securing structures. Each pound contains approximately 9 spikes, making them a practical choice for large-scale construction jobs. Proudly manufactured and packaged in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Acorn CK50 Cut Spikes reflect a commitment to craftsmanship and reliability. Experience the difference of using quality cut nails for all your building needs.
