Acorn CT2L Clout Nail-1" 2d-50 Pound offers a reliable solution for a variety of construction and repair needs. Designed similarly to shingle nails but crafted from lighter gauge steel, these clout nails are ideal for box and crate construction, as well as the application of thin siding and paneling. Their versatility extends to furniture repair, cabinet work, batten doors, and countertops, making them essential for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Manufactured using original 19th and early 20th-century nail machines, each nail boasts a unique character, with slight variations in head shape and length that reflect their handcrafted nature. This attention to detail does not compromise functionality; in fact, the cut nail design enhances durability and holding power. The unique shape of the nails causes wood fibers to compress, ensuring a secure fit that is hard to pull out. Proudly made and packaged in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Acorn CT2L Clout Nails are more than just fasteners; they are a testament to quality craftsmanship. Once you experience their strength and reliability, you'll find yourself reaching for these nails for all your projects, ensuring a lasting finish for every application.

Clout Nail are also used in furniture repair, cabinet work, batten doors, and countertops. Available in Standard Finish only. All our nails are made on original 19th century and early 20th century nail machines, this may lead to variation in head shape and slight differences in nail length.
