Adams Rite 4920AN-45-602-628 ANSI DeadLatch 1.5"

Adams Rite 4920AN-45-602-628 ANSI DeadLatch is a heavy-duty solution designed for both hollow metal and wood doors, adhering to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) specifications. This deadlatch features a flat faceplate with a backset of 1-1/2 inches and is accompanied by a 4-7/8 inch flat mortised strike, making it a versatile choice for various installations. The 4920AN model offers precise traffic control with its key-controlled bolt hold-back feature, allowing the door to swing freely during certain times while ensuring it can be locked when necessary. Its steel construction with corrosion-resistant plating ensures durability, while the solid brass latch bolt adds an extra layer of security. Handing can be effortlessly reversed using only a screwdriver, providing flexibility for installation. With a stainless steel auxiliary latchpin, the deadlatch prevents unauthorized entry methods such as "loiding." The armored flat faceplate can be adjusted for right or left beveled edge doors, catering to various architectural needs. Each unit is individually boxed with necessary mounting hardware, ensuring easy installation. The Adams Rite 4920AN is an all-purpose, reliable deadlatch for commercial applications, backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

ANSI DeadLatch 1-1/2

Heavy Duty ANSI Size Deadlatch, Flat Faceplate, 1-1/2 In. Backset, 4-7/8 In. Flat Mortised Strike, LH or RHR, Satin Aluminum

For hollow metal or wood doors prepared for hardware according to the specifications of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatches provide precise traffic control. A key-controlled bolt hold-back feature allows a door to free-swing part of the day and exit-only when the bolt is free to latch. This allows a "locked" entrance to be used as an exit by customers or visitors already in the building. Interchangeable, without door modification, with any MS1850SN Deadlock of same faceplate shape and backset. Replaces 4520 and 4720 ANSI Deadlatches. Steel case with corrosion-resistant plating. Solid brass latch bolt. Handing is easily reversible using only a screwdriver. Stainless steel auxiliary latchpin deadlocks latchbolt to prevent "loiding"or case-knife entry. Armored flat faceplate can also be adjusted in the field for right or left beveled edge doors. 4506-02 Strike furnished to ANSI preparation specifications for flat jamb. 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatches are operable by any standard 1-5/32 In. diameter mortise cylinder with MS cam. Individually boxed with faceplate, strike, and machine screws for mounting. Order cylinders, paddles, handles or lever operators separately.
