Adams Rite 4920AN-46-602-628 ANSI DeadLatch 1.5"

Adams Rite 4920AN-46-602-628 ANSI DeadLatch offers robust security and precise traffic control for hollow metal or wood doors, adhering to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) specifications. This heavy-duty deadlatch features a flat faceplate and a 1-1/2" backset, making it an ideal choice for various commercial applications. With a key-controlled bolt hold-back feature, the 4920AN allows the door to free-swing, providing convenient access during certain hours while ensuring exit-only functionality when needed. The steel case is finished with corrosion-resistant plating, ensuring durability, while the solid brass latch bolt enhances security. Easily reversible handing can be adjusted using just a screwdriver, allowing for versatile installation. Included with the deadlatch is a 4-7/8" flat mortised strike that complies with ANSI preparation specifications. The stainless steel auxiliary latchpin deadlocks the latchbolt to guard against unauthorized entry techniques. This deadlatch is compatible with any standard 1-5/32" diameter mortise cylinder featuring an MS cam, allowing for seamless integration into existing systems. Individually boxed, the Adams Rite 4920AN comes with all necessary mounting hardware, making installation straightforward. Experience flexibility and reliability with this all-purpose deadlatch, perfect for your next project.

ANSI DeadLatch 1-1/2

Heavy Duty ANSI Size Deadlatch, Flat Faceplate, 1-1/2 In. Backset, 4-7/8 In. Flat Mortised Strike, RH or LHR, Satin Aluminum

For hollow metal or wood doors prepared for hardware according to the specifications of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatches provide precise traffic control. A key-controlled bolt hold-back feature allows a door to free-swing part of the day and exit-only when the bolt is free to latch. This allows a "locked" entrance to be used as an exit by customers or visitors already in the building. Interchangeable, without door modification, with any MS1850SN Deadlock of same faceplate shape and backset. Replaces 4520 and 4720 ANSI Deadlatches. Steel case with corrosion-resistant plating. Solid brass latch bolt. Handing is easily reversible using only a screwdriver. Stainless steel auxiliary latchpin deadlocks latchbolt to prevent "loiding"or case-knife entry. Armored flat faceplate can also be adjusted in the field for right or left beveled edge doors. 4506-02 Strike furnished to ANSI preparation specifications for flat jamb. 4920AN Heavy Duty Deadlatches are operable by any standard 1-5/32 In. diameter mortise cylinder with MS cam. Individually boxed with faceplate, strike, and machine screws for mounting. Order cylinders, paddles, handles or lever operators separately.
