Corbin Russwin 1070-112-A01-6 626 6-Pin LFIC Mortise HousingCorbin Russwin 1070-112-A01-6 626 6-Pin LFIC Mortise Housing offers a robust solution for your locking needs, featuring a 1-1/2" 6-pin design with an A01 Cloverleaf Cam and a sleek satin chrome finish. Crafted from solid brass, this mortise housing is compatible with Corbin Russwin's 8000 Series Interchangeable Cores, available in both 6 and 7-pin configurations. The key advantage of this system lies in its rekeying convenience. Non-technical personnel can easily rekey the lock without removing the hardware from the door, making it an ideal choice for various applications including office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, and universities. This efficiency translates to significant savings on labor costs over the lifespan of the building. Operationally, all keys-change, master, and grand master-function normally, while a special control key allows for easy core removal and installation, operating at a separate shear line in designated chambers. Additionally, temporary construction cores can enhance security during building phases. With a limited one-year warranty, the Corbin Russwin 1070-112-A01-6 is made in the USA and is designed for commercial use, ensuring both quality and reliability in securing your premises.

Corbin Russwin Interchangeable Core Mortise and Rim Housings are made from soldi brass and are available to accept Corbin Russwin 8000 Series Interchangeable Cores in 6 or 7-Pin versions.
Interchangeable cores provide rekeying convenience for virtually all types of keying systems.
Interchangeable cores like this save time and money over the life of a building.
Rekeying can be done by non-technical personnel without removing hardware from the door. When used system wide, IC provides tremendous rekeying convenience. When planned from the inception of a system, IC cylinders can be integrated with conventional cylinders.
IC is recommended for virtually all types of keying systems, such as office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals and universities. When used in exit devices and other installations which are labor intensive to rekey, IC saves time and money over the life of the building.
All operating keys (change, master, grand master) operate the lock normally. To rekey, use the special control key. The control key operates at a separate shear line in certain chambers within the core. Only the control key is required to remove and install a core.
Cores are available in 6-pin (standard), 7-pin, security and Pyramid.
Corbin Russwin recommends temporary construction cores for greater security. Special construction master keying is also available, when planned from the inception of the keying system.
Concealed Key Control (CKC) is available for all Corbin Russwin cores.
