Corbin Russwin 1070-112-A06-6 626 6-Pin LFIC Mortise HousingCorbin Russwin 1070-112-A06-6 626 6-Pin LFIC Mortise Housing offers a durable and efficient locking solution for various commercial applications. Designed to accommodate Corbin Russwin's 8000 Series Interchangeable Cores, this 1-1/2" mortise housing features a Schlage L Cam and a sleek Satin Chrome finish, combining functionality with modern aesthetics. The 6-pin locking mechanism allows for versatile keying options, making it ideal for numerous environments, including office buildings, hotels, schools, and hospitals. One of the standout benefits of this interchangeable core system is its rekeying convenience; personnel can easily rekey the lock without removing it from the door, saving time and reducing labor costs over the life of the building. With all operating keys functioning normally, rekeying requires only a special control key, which operates at a separate shear line for added security. Additionally, construction keying options are available for enhanced protection during building phases, and concealed key control can be implemented for all Corbin Russwin cores. This robust and reliable mortise housing, made in the USA, exemplifies Corbin Russwin's commitment to quality and security, making it a smart choice for any commercial setting.

Corbin Russwin Interchangeable Core Mortise and Rim Housings are made from soldi brass and are available to accept Corbin Russwin 8000 Series Interchangeable Cores in 6 or 7-Pin versions.
Interchangeable cores provide rekeying convenience for virtually all types of keying systems.
Interchangeable cores like this save time and money over the life of a building.
Rekeying can be done by non-technical personnel without removing hardware from the door. When used system wide, IC provides tremendous rekeying convenience. When planned from the inception of a system, IC cylinders can be integrated with conventional cylinders.
IC is recommended for virtually all types of keying systems, such as office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals and universities. When used in exit devices and other installations which are labor intensive to rekey, IC saves time and money over the life of the building.
All operating keys (change, master, grand master) operate the lock normally. To rekey, use the special control key. The control key operates at a separate shear line in certain chambers within the core. Only the control key is required to remove and install a core.
Cores are available in 6-pin (standard), 7-pin, security and Pyramid.
Corbin Russwin recommends temporary construction cores for greater security. Special construction master keying is also available, when planned from the inception of the keying system.
Concealed Key Control (CKC) is available for all Corbin Russwin cores.
