C.R. Laurence 1CHSA Satin Anodized Mortise Housing for 7-Pin Small Format Interchangeable Cores (SFIC) offers a seamless solution for transitioning to an interchangeable core system. This mortise housing is compatible with any 7-pin SFIC type core, making it a versatile choice for various locking applications. Designed for easy installation, you can effortlessly replace existing mortise keyed cylinders by removing the old cylinder and installing this new housing and core with a suitable cam. It is compatible with our door rails featuring locks, as well as 4" x 10" and 6" x 10" center locks, ensuring adaptability across multiple setups. Each mortise housing includes a 1/2" tall cylinder ring and comes with a DRA10CAM (pre-installed), along with additional cams for easy conversion. Available in a satin anodized finish, it not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides durability through its brass construction. Please note that SFIC cores must be ordered separately, and compatibility with larger removable core systems is not available.
