Its lightweight design accommodates doors weighing up to 200 lbs, making it suitable for a variety of residential and commercial applications. This closer comes with independent adjustment valves, allowing precise control over both closing and latching speeds. Each unit is conveniently packaged with mounting clips, templates, and instructions, simplifying installation. UL listed for safety, the closer is compliant with A.D.A. specified opening forces, although it’s important to note that specific site conditions may affect performance. With a hold-open feature at 105°, it enhances accessibility and user experience. The recommended door types include aluminum and hollow metal, and it supports doors up to 36 inches wide and 96 inches high. There are two advantages to buying our Door Closer Bodies with Mounting Clips. The first is if you are only replacing a worn out Door Closer, you will reduce your costs by not purchasing unnecessary hardware. The second is that by adding accessories you can get a Door Closer with the exact accessories you need for the job you are doing. Just select a Door Closer and add the different accessory parts (Pivots, Arms, etc.) you need to create the Door Closer package of your choice. Each Door Closer Body comes packaged with Mounting Clips, Templates, and Instructions.


Independent Adjustment Valves
Non-Critical valve control adjusts both Closing Speed and Latching Speed independent of each other.

Special Retaining Rings Prevent the Adjustment Valve Screws from being backed all the way out of the Door Closer Body.

NOTE: An auxiliary floor or overhead door stop is recommended to prevent possible damage to both the door closer and entry way due to over-extension of maximum allowable door swing.
