CRL AMR205BS Brushed Stainless AMR Series Patch LockC.R. Laurence AMR205BS Brushed Stainless AMR Series Patch Lock offers a robust locking solution designed for glass doors. Crafted from high-density cast body material, this lock features a secure locking mechanism that can be mounted on the top or bottom of doors, or even on the vertical edge, providing versatile installation options. Compatible with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, the AMR205BS comes with gaskets to ensure a tight fit and seamless integration. It is available in five architectural finishes, allowing for customization to match your design aesthetic. For added security, optional cylinders, including double keyed or single keyed with thumbturn, must be ordered separately. Installation is straightforward, as the product includes a template and instructions. It requires specific glass fabrication: a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and a corner notch for top or bottom mounts, or a U-Cutout for side mounting. For double-door applications, a bottom patch lock is necessary on the inactive leaf. While the brushed stainless steel finish is resistant to corrosion, periodic maintenance is recommended to preserve its appearance. The AMR205BS not only enhances security but also complements the architectural style of any project.

The
CRL American Style Patch Lock can be mounted on the top or bottom of doors. It can also be used on the vertical edge of the door, and secured to a jamb with the Keeper that is supplied with the unit. The Patch Lock can also be secured to a glass panel or door using the
AMR206 Sidelite Mount Keeper. A variety of optional keepers, such as
AMR207 and
AMR208 are available to accommodate most types of installations.
