Hafele 237.59.063 Antenne is an advanced external antenna designed specifically for the EFL 30 and EFL 30C furniture locks. With a cable length of 1.5 meters, this antenna provides a reading range of up to 25 mm for key FOBs, ensuring reliable access control. However, it's important to note that environmental factors such as metals or magnetic fields can reduce this range, so avoid installation behind or on metal surfaces, mirrors, or glass. The FAN 30 antenna features an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for indoor use. It must be recessed into a 35 mm or 40 mm cup drill hole, depending on whether you prefer visible or concealed installation. The maximum distance between the antenna and the outer surface of the furniture is just 5 mm, ensuring a sleek look. Compatible with RFID technologies including MIFARE Classic EV1 and MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2, the antenna includes a connecting cable and plug for seamless integration. The FAN 30 antenna must not be installed behind or on metal surfaces, mirrors or glass surfaces. The FAN 30 antenna is not suitable for installation in metal or metal coated furniture. Minimum distance between 2 antennas: 250 mm. Connection to EFL 30 / EFL 30C furniture lock. As a result, the integrated antenna on the EFL 30 / EFL 30C is deactivated and operation is only possible via the FAN 30.
