Hickory Hardware PBH3100 Mounting Templates Template

Hickory Hardware PBH3100 Mounting Templates Template offers a comprehensive solution for installing concealed euro-style hinges in cabinet doors. This mounting kit is specifically designed to work with 35mm concealed hinges, making it an essential tool for both professional builders and DIY enthusiasts. The template aligns seamlessly with the door edge, ensuring precise cup location for easy installation. Included in the package is a 35mm Forstner drill bit, allowing you to mortise the necessary holes accurately and efficiently. The opaque plastic material features a clear blue finish, which not only enhances its aesthetics but also enables easy reference to marks and measurements on the mounting surface. This ensures that every placement is accurate, minimizing the risk of errors during installation. In addition to the template and drill bit, detailed instructions are provided, guiding you through the specific requirements for your hinge model. It’s important to note that while this template is tailored for 35mm cup hinges, not all euro-style hinges will utilize this size, so consulting the hinge specifications is crucial. Hickory Hardware has been a trusted name in decorative cabinet hardware since 1893, known for its commitment to quality and functionality. The PBH3100 Mounting Templates Template is no exception, offering a limited lifetime warranty that reflects the durability and reliability you can expect from Hickory Hardware products. Whether you are updating a kitchen, bathroom, or furniture, this template kit simplifies the installation process and helps achieve a polished, professional finish.
