NGP 220NA 48" Anodized Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom with Neoprene Seal is engineered for exceptional performance and durability in commercial restroom environments. BHMA Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, this automatic door bottom undergoes rigorous testing, achieving a Grade 1 rating with 1,000,000 cycle tests, ensuring long-lasting reliability. Constructed from high-quality Aluminum Alloy 6063, T5 Temper, this product is designed to withstand harsh conditions. Its synthetic EPDM rubber encapsulated in a polypropylene thermoplastic matrix offers excellent abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and memory. With a temperature range of -81°F to 275°F, it remains effective in various environments while also being flame-resistant and moisture-resistant. The NGP 220NA mounts on the push side of the door and is best used with a threshold for optimal sealing. It features a maximum drop of 7/8" and is available in lengths from 11" to 60", with the option to cut longer units by up to 4" in the field. Right-hand handing is standard unless otherwise specified. For carpet applications without a threshold, a nylon brush is recommended. This product not only enhances door functionality but also contributes to energy efficiency and smoke control in accordance with NFPA standards.
