NGP 220SA 48" Anodized Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom with Silicone Seal offers enhanced sealing capabilities for commercial restroom environments. Designed with durability in mind, this door bottom meets BHMA certification standards to ensure high performance under rigorous conditions, including passing the 1,000,000 cycle test and heat and cold performance tests. Constructed from high-quality Aluminum Alloy 6063 and featuring a synthetic rubber polymer, the closed-cell sponge silicone seal provides excellent flexibility and memory retention. This product is flame-resistant, moisture-resistant, and remains functional in extreme temperatures ranging from -100°F to 500°F, making it ideal for a variety of settings. It is particularly recommended for areas using FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems. With a maximum drop of 7/8", the NGP 220SA is designed to mount on the push side of the door and should ideally be used with a threshold for optimal sealing. The door bottom is handed, with right-hand versions supplied unless specified otherwise. End caps are included as standard, and lengths can be specified to avoid field sizing issues. This versatile door bottom not only meets stringent fire safety standards but also ensures effective air infiltration and sound insulation.
