NGP 335NA 48" Anodized Aluminum Mortise Automatic Door Bottom with Neoprene Seal

NGP 335NA 48" Anodized Aluminum Mortise Automatic Door Bottom with Neoprene Seal is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and reliability for commercial restroom applications. This automatic door bottom is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22, ensuring it meets rigorous standards for durability, including a 1,000,000 cycle test rating. Constructed from high-quality Aluminum Alloy 6063 with a T6 temper, this door bottom provides outstanding abrasion resistance and tensile strength. The synthetic EPDM rubber seal is designed for excellent performance across a temperature range of -81°F to 275°F, making it suitable for various environments. Its flame-resistant and moisture-resistant properties ensure longevity and safety in any setting. Designed to fit wood fire door mortise restrictions, the NGP 335NA provides a 3/4" maximum drop for efficient sealing. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with a threshold; however, a nylon brush is suggested for carpet applications where no threshold is present. The door bottom is furnished 1/2" shorter than the ordered length to ensure proper fit. Available in lengths from 11-1/2" to 60", this product combines functionality with ease of installation, making it an ideal choice for building professionals and knowledgeable homeowners alike.
