They are flame and moisture resistant, making them ideal for a variety of environments, including those utilizing FM200 or Halon fire suppression systems. Operating effectively within a temperature range of -100°F to 500°F, the seals remain flexible even in extreme conditions. Their excellent resistance to ozone, UV exposure, and aging ensures prolonged performance, while BHMA certification to ANSI/BHMA A156.22 performance tests guarantees reliability against heat, cold, and infiltration of air and smoke. The design features no break in the seal for closer mounting and allows for the mounting of rim exit device strikes without the need for notching gasketing. The jamb sections come with slotted holes for adjustment, and self-drilling #8 (Tek type) screws are included for easy installation.
