This aluminum profile is equipped with an adjustable threaded rod, making it a reliable solution for maintaining door integrity. For widths of 700 mm (27-1/2 in) or less, only one profile is necessary; however, for wider doors, two profiles are recommended. Choose between a painted black finish or raw (unfinished) aluminum, allowing you to customize the look to your preference. The installation is straightforward, with adjustment typically done at the top end of the door. The profile can be installed from the top to the bottom or set 90 mm (3-1/2 in) in from both ends for added flexibility. It can be cut to a minimum length of 400 mm (15-3/4 in) and is available in three sizes suitable for door heights ranging from 1600 mm to 2800 mm (63 in to 110 in). Please note that while this stiffener can help prevent future warping, it cannot rectify doors that are already bent. For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to use metric dimensions during installation.
