This system accommodates a single wood door weighing up to 100 kg (220 lbs) and features low profile hardware with automatic retractable seals. The seals, mounted horizontally at the top and bottom, effectively block unwanted drafts, odors, and light while delivering sound attenuation of up to 41 dB for pocket doors and 35 dB for wall mount doors. The HAWA JUNIOR 100 B is compatible with a range of door thicknesses from 44 to 50 mm (1-3/4 to 2 in) and offers adjustable options with eight different seal kits based on door width and sliding direction. A removable upper track simplifies the installation process, while a spring-loaded stopper ensures smooth operation for concealed pocket doors. This system is ideal for various environments, including kitchens, offices, medical clinics, meeting rooms, and studios. HAWA JUNIOR 100 B ACOUSTICS System

HAWA JUNIOR 100 B ACOUSTICS System with low profile hardware and retractable seals for one wood door weighing up to 100 kg (220 lbs). Automatic retractable seals mount horizontally to the top and bottom of the door, providing sound attenuation and resisting unwanted drafts, odors, and light. The seals are triggered by a stopper at the top and a floor guide at the bottom. The bottom seal includes an aluminum channel for a concealed floor mounted guide.

IMPORTANT: Use metric dimensions for greater accuracy during installation. The level of sound attenuation depends upon the use of vertical seals and the construction of the door and walls. Cut a groove 23 mm (29/32 in) x 30 mm (1-3/16 in) in the bottom of the door and 31 mm (1-7/32 in) x 30 mm (1-3/6 in) in the top of the door. To remove track, its length must be 80 mm (3 5/32) shorter than the diagonal clearance from the top right corner of the door opening to bottom left corner.
