Zero 361AA36 36" Heavy Duty Automatic Door Bottom offers an advanced solution for sealing entryways against air, sound, smoke, and flames. Crafted from durable clear anodized aluminum, this door bottom features a patented automatic mechanism that ensures a reliable seal when the door is closed. As the door shuts, an adjustable plunger compresses against the door frame, activating a concealed flat spring that smoothly drops the seal in a scissor-like motion. Designed for versatility, the door seal compresses effectively on both even and uneven surfaces, and it automatically retracts when the door is opened, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic areas. With a flange length of 36" and a projection of 7/8", this door bottom is built to withstand the rigors of daily use while maintaining its sleek aesthetic. The insert, made from neoprene sponge and available in black, enhances the product's ability to block unwanted elements. Zero backs this product with a limited 5-year mechanical warranty and a 1-year finish warranty, ensuring long-lasting performance. Elevate your weatherization solutions with the Zero 361AA36, where superior technology meets functional design.
